1. SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Domestic orders

Fluffy Friends offers standard and expedited USPS shipping options. See the table below for approximate shipping times. All shipping estimates are calculated based on business days and do not include weekends and holidays.

Please note that these are estimates only. Packages are not guaranteed to arrive in the estimated times listed above.

International Orders

We do not offer international deliveries at this time. 

2. WHAT TO DO IF YOUR ORDER HASN’T ARRIVED. 

For domestic Buyers, if your order is yet to be delivered after 10 business days, please use our Contact page for details about your order. 

If your order has been marked as delivered by the USPS and you have not received it, your item may be lost or stolen. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

Fluffy Friends cannot ship a replacement package if the order has been marked as delivered for more than 30 days. 

3. DOES FLUFFY FRIENDS OFFER FREE SHIPPING?

Due to the ever-increasing costs of doing business, we currently are not able to offer free shipping. Our shipping fees are calculated to give you the best possible rate based on the shipping destination and weight of the package.

4.SENDING A PACKAGE TO COLLEGE CAMPUS 

We ship care packages to college campuses all the time! Please be sure to visit the university’s website for instructions for sending a package to the campus. The name of the student is extremely important. Most universities will not deliver a package if the name does not match the name on file for that student.

Typically, when a package is being delivered to a college campus, the mail staff from the university will receive the package (a “delivered” notification is then sent from the USPS). Then the mail staff from the university will either deliver the item to the dorm or the student will need to travel to the mailroom to collect the item. Sometimes this process does take a couple of days from the time the item is marked as “delivered” by the USPS through the time it is actually delivered to the individual on campus. We recommend asking your friend to check with the campus mail staff if the package has been marked delivered but has not been received.

5. SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

We do not offer scheduled deliveries at this time. If you wish to get the delivery date close to a specific date, please take a look at our order delivery estimates above and place your order accordingly.

6. RETURN AND REFUNDS

You can return items for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Simply reach out to us here to start the process. Please note, we do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item is incorrect or damaged upon arrival.

To be eligible for a refund, your item needs to be unused and in the same condition it was upon arrival. It must also be in the original packaging.

Upon receipt of the returned item, we will fully examine it and notify you via email, within a reasonable period of time, whether you are entitled to a return. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price. 

7. EXCHANGES 

Yes, we can assist with an exchange if you are unhappy with the animal you received. Please get in touch with us here to proceed with the exchange. Please note, any extra shipping expenses for exchanges are not included.
